Recently, I've had the opportunity to work on emerging subscriber services management projects. I read this as a radar indication of increasing interest in this area by service providers, whether for voice, data or internet.
For me, the topic of subscriber data management naturally leads to a number of areas of interest, tracing all the way back to audience usage analysis fundamentals.
